Deluxe polyester ripstop, top of the line summer rugs.  Available in Pink/Turq check & Blue check, steel clips, dees and slides on  webbing leg straps and lined shoulder. Also has double fabric panel for extra strength.  Neck rug has satin lining strip for mane protection and three side release clips under the neck.
